Motojin Investment, Inc. (Motojin, we, us, or our) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the Policy) explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use the WeDX Chat Ci website, application programming interfaces, widgets, and related services (collectively, the Service). This Policy is incorporated by reference into our WeDX Chat Ci Terms of Use (the Terms). Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meanings set out in the Terms.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the collection and use of your information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.


1. Scope

This Policy applies to information we collect through the Service during the Beta Service and Enterprise Trial period and any subsequent commercial release unless a superseding policy is posted. It does not apply to information collected offline or through third-party websites or services that are not under our control, even if linked to from the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect three main categories of information:

  1. Information You Provide to Us
    • Account & Contact Information. Name, email address, company name, job title, payment details (if any), and other information you voluntarily provide.
    • Content. Prompts, files, and any other data you upload, transmit, or generate using the Service (collectively, "User Content").
    • Communications. Messages, feedback, and correspondence you send to us.
  2. Information We Collect Automatically
    • Usage Data. IP address, device type, browser type, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and interaction metrics (e.g., token counts, latency, error logs).
    • Cookies & Similar Technologies. We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to remember preferences, authenticate users, and gather analytics.
    • Approximate Location. Derived from IP addresses to enforce regional compliance and service performance.
  3. Information from Third Parties
    • Authentication or Integration Partners. If you connect third‑party services, we may receive account identifiers or access tokens as authorized by you.
    • Service Providers & Analytics Platforms. Aggregate reports on usage trends and performance.

3. How We Use Information

We use information for the following purposes and rely on the legal bases indicated (EEA/UK users):

We may aggregate or de‑identify information so it can no longer reasonably identify you. We may use such data for any lawful purpose.

4. Sharing & Disclosure of Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose information only in the circumstances below:

  1. Service Providers. Vendors who process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations (e.g., hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support).
  2. Affiliates. Within our corporate group for purposes consistent with this Policy.
  3. Legal & Safety. Where required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety of Motojin, our users, or others.
  4. Business Transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; your information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to customary confidentiality protections.
  5. Aggregated or De-identified Data. We may share data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Motojin remains solely responsible for onward transfers of personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. User Content may be stored for up to 30 days after your account deletion request to allow for recovery from accidental deletion and audit logging, unless a longer retention period is required by law or permitted under legitimate interests.

6. Security

We employ technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motojin disclaims all liability for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data that is beyond our reasonable control.

7. International Transfers

We operate in the United States and may process information in jurisdictions where we or our service providers are located. Where required, we use approved transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) to protect personal data transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the U.S. or other countries.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access and receive a copy of personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct or update inaccurate data;
  • Delete personal data or restrict its processing;
  • Object to processing or withdraw consent at any time;
  • Data portability;
  • Opt out of marketing communications.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. California Privacy Notice

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"). Motojin does not sell or share personal information as defined by CCPA. For information on your CCPA rights and how to exercise them, contact privacy@wedx.cc.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may modify this Policy at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or through the Service). Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii and the United States. Any disputes arising under this Policy will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu County, Hawaii, and you consent to personal jurisdiction therein. The parties waive any right to a jury trial.
