Our target

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is the standard we design and test against, in all three languages.

Accessibility is treated as a build requirement here rather than as a later audit: the contrast of every colour, for instance, is measured at the point the colour is defined.

Conformance status

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the site meets the standard and that we know of exceptions, which are listed below.

This assessment is our own. It has not been carried out or certified by an independent third party, and we do not claim otherwise.

What we have done

Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the focus indicator is always visible.

Text contrast meets at least 4.5:1 against its background, and meaningful non-text indicators meet at least 3:1. These ratios are measured when the colours are defined.

State and status are never conveyed by colour alone; each carries its own label.

Diagrams are real text rather than images, they reflow to a single column on small screens, and each carries a description conveying the same relationships.

Animation is reduced when your system asks for reduced motion, and no information is lost when it is.

Every page declares its language, form fields have visible labels, and errors are described in text rather than by colour.

Known limitations

The site has not yet been tested end to end with a screen reader by someone who uses one daily. Our testing so far is automated checking plus keyboard and reduced-motion testing by the team.

The Korean pages are a machine translation that has not been reviewed by a native speaker, so the wording may read awkwardly even where the structure is sound. Those pages say so.

We have not published an accessible alternative for video or audio content, because the site currently has none. If we add any, we will add captions and a transcript with it.

If something on this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, please tell us through the contact form, or by any other means you have of reaching us.

Describe the page and what happened. We aim to reply within five working days and to fix accessibility defects ahead of other work.
