A monthly agreement of 3 months minimum follows setup. The first monthly period starts at the beginning of the month agreed in your contract.
Base fees for the minimum term come to $1,196 plus tax: setup of $299, then $299 per month for 3 months. This is the base total, not a single invoice.
Tax is additional. Which tax applies is confirmed in your contract before anything is billed.
Monthly support covers updates and improvements. It does not include hosting. Publishing to the WeDX environment is billed separately, and any external service you use in your own environment stays on your account.

Scope is measured in AI usage, not page count
Instead of fixed allowances per page, per product record, per language or per revision, work proceeds within the AI usage included in your plan. We confirm what you want to achieve and tell you what fits before you sign.
For a sense of scale A site of around half a dozen pages in three languages, with a few dozen product records, has been delivered within the setup allowance. That is an example of work delivered, not an entitlement, and your own scope is confirmed before contract.
If the work is likely to exceed the allowance
- We review what you have asked for against the usage it needs
- If it looks like it will exceed the allowance, we tell you in advance
- We show you the work involved and what it would cost
- You approve, or you do not
- Only approved work goes ahead
Nothing is billed without your approval. There is no automatic charge for going over, and unapproved work is not carried out - we reduce the scope or hold it instead.

We publish to an environment operated by WeDX.
Billed separately from the base fees, and quoted to you before contract.

Some of what we build is a file and some of it is a service. The files are yours. The services run while we work together. Here is which is which, before you decide anything.

Some components are made by other people and are licensed rather than owned - typefaces and software libraries, for instance. You may use them as part of your site; we cannot sign away rights that were never ours. What applies to your site is listed with what we deliver.

We build the site so you can see the real thing rather than a description of it.
One build within one agreed scope, at no charge. Anything beyond that scope is quoted first.
Your decision
You look at what we built and decide whether to go ahead.
If you decide not to, there is no charge for the review build.
Contract
We settle the scope, the starting month and where the site will be published.
The setup fee is invoiced.
Publication
The site goes live in your environment or in the WeDX environment.
Published once payment is confirmed.
Monthly support
Content updates, corrections and improvements continue month by month.
$299 plus tax per month, from the agreed month, for 3 months minimum.
Larger engagements Planned
Integration work, custom requirements and multi-property operations go beyond what this plan covers. We are preparing an offering for them and it cannot be bought yet. Talk to us and we will tell you what is possible today.
Questions
What does plus tax mean?
Fees are quoted before tax. The applicable tax depends on where your business is established and how the engagement is contracted, and it is confirmed in your contract before anything is billed.
When does the minimum term start?
The first monthly period starts at the beginning of the month agreed in your contract, not on the day the site goes live. The starting month is settled when you sign.
Is the base total a single invoice?
No. It is setup plus 3 monthly payments, billed as they fall due. It excludes tax, environment costs and any additional work you have separately approved.
What is not included in the monthly fee?
Hosting, any external service you run in your own environment, and work you have approved beyond the AI usage in the plan. Each of those is quoted to you before it is billed.
