What this site is

This site describes solutions offered by WeDX Digital Twins Solutions, operated by Motojin Investment, Inc.

It is information, not an offer. Nothing here creates a contract, a quotation or a commitment to deliver, and pricing is not published on this site.

Capability described as pilot or planned

Some capability on this site is marked as a pilot programme or as planned. Those labels mean what they say: the capability is not generally available today.

We mark them so that you can tell the difference. Please do not rely on capability marked pilot or planned when making a decision; ask us what is available if it matters to yours.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt or overload the site, submit automated enquiries, probe it for vulnerabilities without asking us first, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

We rate limit the contact form and may decline a request that trips those limits. If a legitimate submission is blocked, reach us another way and we will look at it.

Accuracy

We keep this site current, but we do not warrant that every statement on it is free of error or complete. Descriptions of technology and outcomes are illustrative and depend on the circumstances of each engagement.

Statements about what a solution will achieve are expectations rather than guarantees.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Motojin Investment, Inc. or to its licensors. WeDX, WeDX Digital Twins Solutions and ChatWalaʻau are names used by Motojin Investment, Inc.

You may read, quote and link to this site with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

This clause is about wedx.cc itself. It does not govern work we produce for a customer under an engagement: what you receive and what you own there is settled by that engagement, and is described on our pricing page.

Availability and liability
